Time is fleeting. It’s hard to believe a quarter of a century has passed since the day the assembly lines stopped. A quarter of a century lost to oblivion? No. A quarter of a century of absolute loyalty to the platform.

They powered down the machines on March 31, 2001, deciding the story was over. But silicon doesn't die on a corporate schedule. It simply waits for those who can write the right code and unlock its true potential.

Introducing KatanaDreamsPlayer v1.0.

Native AICA ARM7 Execution: Direct execution of DSF code on the sound coprocessor, with seamless switching to decoded PCM streams.

Supported Formats: DSF, FLAC, OGG, WAV, MP3, M4A, ADX, SPSD, GENH

SD Support: Full FATFS integration. Play music libraries directly from SD card.

Along the way, we squashed an annoying off-by-one bug in the KOS core. A week of clicking audio, solved by deleting a single -1.
